The Startup Experience is targeted towards students and business professionals interested in improving their entrepreneurial skills. No particular skills are required, but it is recommended that the players have a basic understanding of the innovation process.
Diversified teams
To ensure the best outcome of the Startup Experience, we suggest to mix participants with different experiences and educational backgrounds. By creating such diversified teams, the participants can complement each other in the different stages of the camp, and experience the synergies of working with people with different mindsets.
In educational institutes we recommend mixing business and engineering students. In a company this can be done by inviting employees from different departments of the company.
